Booking Policies
Booking and Retainer
A retainer of 40 percent is required at the time of booking to reserve your artist or artists, service time, and event date. Appointments are not secured until the retainer is received and a signed Service Agreement is completed.
The retainer is fully refundable within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, the retainer becomes non refundable and is applied toward reserving your date and artist availability. Verbal agreements or inquiries alone do not confirm a booking.
The remaining balance is due prior to the wedding or event date, as outlined in your Service Agreement.
Bridesmaids and mother of the bride or groom services are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Service Agreement
For all weddings, beauty bars, and special events, a signed Service Agreement is required to finalize your booking. This agreement outlines service details, timing, location, and expectations to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
Travel and Parking
Travel fees are based on the service location and will be communicated prior to booking.
For both trials and wedding day services, convenient parking must be provided at the service location. When valet parking is available, valet service is required for all artists. Any parking fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
Complimentary Local Travel
A complimentary wedding day travel fee is offered for select areas within Santa Clarita, California, including Valencia, Canyon Country, Newhall, and Stevenson Ranch.
Scheduling and Timing
Service starts times and schedules are confirmed in advance. Late starts due to client delays may affect the completion of services. Additional time requested beyond the scheduled service window may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
Final Payment and Cancellations
The remaining balance is due no later than three days prior to the wedding or event date. Once the final payment is made, all payments are non refundable.
Services are reserved based on time and artist availability. If a bride, bridesmaid, or member of the wedding party cancels or no longer requires services after booking, payment is still required for the time reserved. This applies regardless of whether the service is ultimately used.
Any reductions to the number of services must be communicated prior to the final payment deadline. After this time, all scheduled services are considered confirmed and billable.
Trials
Bridal trials are scheduled separately and are intended as a preview of the wedding day look. Bridal trials may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trial are non refundable, as time and availability have been reserved.
